1Shikhar also draws leading names from the industry who are presented with an opportunity to meet and spot brilliant young managers putting their best foot forward in the most competitive environment. This year will be no different as corporate bigwigs from various industry sectors will make their presence felt at the fest, playing different roles as judges, mentors and guests.
