Sharing his insights from the industry with SCMS graduates, Sri Varghese said, “The corporate world is hungry for talent. It is time for you to gear up for the challenge.” Urging students to get out and taste the world, he added that “if you have to grow, you have to go, move around and see how things work in different markets.”

Stressing on the age-old adage that ‘Change is the only Constant’, Sri Varghese asked SCMS students to become agents of change and breathe fresh life and energy into the organisations they join.
