MBA students from the University of Hyogo, Japan attend classes at SCMS Business School-COCHIN

The group of six MBA students from the University of Hyogo, Japan who came to India for attending the management classes at SCMS-Cochin were very grateful to their university for giving them the opportunity to learn about the various aspects of management at this institute. At SCMS Business School-Cochin they attended classes on various topics such as Information System for Business Administration, Innovation for Small Business Management Analysis, Decision Making Modeling, International Business, Business Model, Capital Asset Pricing Model, Production Management, Marketing Management, Quality Assurance Management, Financial Management, Operation Management and Raw Material Procurement.

These classes were held at the SCMS-Cochin campus on 30th August and 6th September this year. This was followed by an interactive session amongst the students fromJapanand the PGDM students from SCMS-COCHIN on the 6th of September.

The students from the University of Hyogo were accompanied by their professor, Dr.Naotoshi Umeno. These classes were not only beneficial for the students; he too learned a lot of new things by attending these classes. Dr.Naotoshi Umeno found the SCMS-Cochin management classes quite knowledgeable.

The classes were conducted by different professors, including Prof. R. T. R. Varma, Dr. Filomina P. George, Prof. K. J. Paulose, Dr. M. Appala Raju, Prof. Sreekumar B. Pillai, Shri. Kurian Mathew and Prof. Mariakutty Varkey. The knowledge sharing done by these highly learned personnel was indeed a great help for the students attending the sessions. The students from the University of  Hyogo , Japan appreciated the way the classes were conducted. They shared that these classes had taught them some very important management lessons which would be helpful for them throughout their professional careers.
